A $80 million landmark community infrastructure project for the City of Gold Coast, delivered across two construction stages divided by a natural watercourse. The completed facility serves the full spectrum of community sport and recreation — aquatic centre with five pools, fitness centre, multipurpose hall, 12-court netball facility, eight tennis courts, café, community centre, and function rooms — requiring careful staging, site-specific planning, and delivery to a high community standard.

A $330 million national defence infrastructure programme delivered across five RAAF bases — East Sale, Williamtown, Edinburgh, Pearce, and Gingin. Engaged as Project Director and Contractor's Representative for the Managing Contractor, the programme encompassed educational and synthetic training facilities, simulators, headquarters, maintenance, storage, airfield modifications, and on-base accommodation — fast-tracked to ensure Air Force could meet the training demands of the fifth generation F-35 Lightning II.

A $50 million expansion to Bond University's Robina Campus delivered through Early Contractor Involvement, the project produced an 11,500m² five-storey facility built around a central atrium — housing specialist teaching and flexible learning spaces across occupational therapy, exercise and sports science, physiotherapy, and nutrition and dietetics. Key technical challenges included the complex installation of a raking curved facade and a new bridge interface connecting the expanded building to the existing campus.
