The programme presented significant complexity — with infrastructure design running in parallel with an undefined submarine design, manufacturing process, and testing regime — requiring a highly adaptive approach to programme management and stakeholder engagement. Terminated following Australia's decision to enter the AUKUS partnership.

A $370 million defence infrastructure programme supporting the relocation of 35SQN and its new C-27J Spartan aircraft from RAAF Base Richmond to RAAF Base Amberley. Engaged as Planning Phase Manager within the Managing Contractor, responsible for design and planning through to PWC approval. The facility scope encompasses squadron headquarters, hangars, maintenance facilities, propulsion, avionics, and metal workshops, surface finishing, aircraft life support, logistics and deployment facilities, and a large apron sized to accommodate the full squadron at constant operational capacity.

The first new station on the South East Queensland rail network in nearly a decade, Pimpama Railway Station opened in October 2025 as part of the Queensland Government's $5.4 billion Cross River Rail programme. Delivered under an Early Contractor Involvement Design and Construct contract with the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority, the infill station on the Gold Coast Line serves one of Australia's fastest-growing communities — providing 380 car parks, a pedestrian overpass, secure bike storage, and full accessibility co-designed with disability sector representatives.

Australia's largest and most technologically advanced metro operations and maintenance facility — a $92 million, 12-hectare Design and Construct project in Rochedale, Queensland, delivering the operational heart of Brisbane's $944 million Metro programme. Purpose-built to maintain and operate a fleet of 60 battery electric metro vehicles, the facility features advanced flash charging infrastructure capable of recharging a metro in under six minutes, a 1-megawatt solar system, and a 5-star Green Star rating — setting a new benchmark for sustainable public transport infrastructure in Australia.

Brisbane's first dedicated build-to-rent community — a $250 million, 29-storey, 265-apartment development in South Brisbane setting a new benchmark for sustainable residential living in Queensland. Designed by Rothelowman and delivered by ADCO for Arklife and Qualitas, Cordelia combines resort-style resident amenity, a refurbished heritage building, and industry-leading sustainability credentials including a 5-star Green Star rating — establishing a new standard for build-to-rent development in Australia.

A $30 million+ brownfield redevelopment of an operational special school, requiring careful staging to maintain minimum classroom availability for students throughout construction. Engaged to provide programming and construction advisory — delivering a clear plan to complete ten separable portions in Stage 1, including temporary buildings, building relocations, new administration and library, general learning areas, outdoor play, landscaping, and bus set-down and car parking. The advisory scope identified key risks and opportunities across the programme, ensuring additional capacity would be available for students by 2028 while meeting both departmental and school requirements throughout delivery.

A $200 million+ dual school development engaged during the detailed business case phase to provide programme and procurement advice. The two adjoining schools — a secondary and a special school — were scoped for concurrent delivery under a fast-track methodology, with classrooms required to be operational for Queensland students by 2027. The advisory engagement focused on structuring the programme and procurement approach to meet an aggressive timeline while managing the complexity of delivering two distinct school communities on a single site.

A $260 million, 3,500-bed workforce accommodation village at Howard Springs, Darwin — delivering the largest and most complex DfMA modular accommodation programme in Australia, purpose-built to house the construction workforce for the $34 billion Ichthys LNG Project.
